NEW Marketing+ Dashboard
Marketing+ users will notice a new landing page in their CRM. This comprehensive dashboard features graphic callouts and summaries of database information, including communications engagement reports, current usage graphs, intranet/portal engagement, recently sent communications, and a NEW quick links feature!
Reporting Graphics
Easily see and access summaries of your most recent communications, keep tabs on your Marketing+ useage levels and portal engagement. Each summary section on your dashboard provides the option to view additional stats, allowing you to get right to the good stuff.
NEW Quick Links Feature
This new feature allows Marketing+ users to add shortcut links to their Dashboard for their most recently used actions. Easily add quick links to a specific CSV export, email function for a specific group, and more!
Look for the "Save as Quick Link" option when sending emails, text, running exports, and more to create quick shortcuts to your most frequently used functions!
Marketing+ Interface Update
All of the Marketing+ features you know and love are still available, but with a new, streamlined look. The sections of your database landing page are more clearly defined, easily separating search options from member information. The member-specific action buttons (import/export/create member) are now directly associated with the Members area for easy access.
These upgrades are currently available for all existing SoSimple Marketing+ clients.
