Sciarra/Mok Real Estate Team Launches New Website

The Real Estate team of Paul Sciarra and Kristen Mok launched their brand new website this week with the help of SoSimple Interactive.
Boasting over 20 pages, Sciarra/Mok’s website features a number of resources for both home buyers and sellers.
The new website features a custom built “Property Search” page, allowing home buyers to search for a home using a number of filters including location, property type (house, condo, etc.), price range and more. The page also features an “address search” for those that know exactly what they’re looking for.
SoSimple Interactive worked with the Sciarra/Mok team to integrate their MLS (Multiple Listing Service) into the website via the “Our Listings” page. This allows users to view all current listings the team has to offer, including prices, addresses, number of rooms and pictures of each listing.
The website also features a custom-built and password protected client portal. The “Closing Organizer” page is an organizer for both home buyers and sellers to keep track of all important milestones and documents. The Sciarra/Mok team updates each client’s organizer on a regular basis to make sure the process runs as smooth as possible. The organizer features sections for top priorities, contract deals, milestones, important documents, and a full contact list all unique to each client.
Sciarra/Mok’s new website also features a “Communities & Market Trends” page, which consists of a clickable list of over 20 towns, each with a complete list of community information, single family reports and condo reports.
The colors of the Sciarra/Mok logo are featured throughout the website in the deep green banners across each page, rich blue accents prevalent in links, and the golden yellow line used as a separation on each side content box.
For mobile users, the new website includes responsive, mobile-optimized design allowing the site to automatically reformat to ensure that content is always displayed in an optimal manner across all viewing platforms - desktop, tablet or smart phone. The new website utilizes SoSimple’s Content Management System, allowing the team to easily manage and scale their website. With complete control, multiple site administrators can now easily manage all aspects of the website.
